Information We Collect

When you purchase an eCard, we collect the following information:

• Your name and email address (provided at checkout via Stripe)
• The recipient's name and email address or phone number
• Your personal message (if provided)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Deliver your eCard to the intended recipient
• Send you a purchase confirmation email
• Process scheduled card deliveries on your chosen date

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate the platform:

• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• Postmark — transactional email delivery
• Twilio — transactional SMS delivery (Twilio Privacy Policy)
• Vimeo — secure video hosting
• Netlify — site hosting and infrastructure

Mobile Information & SMS

When a customer selects SMS as the delivery method at checkout, the recipient's mobile phone number is collected for the sole purpose of delivering a single transactional text message containing a link to the purchased video card.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile data is used only to deliver the requested card via our SMS provider, Twilio. No marketing, follow-up, or promotional SMS messages are sent. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages, or HELP for assistance.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics, the TikTok Pixel, and the Pinterest Tag to understand how visitors interact with our site. These tools may use cookies to collect anonymized usage data, including pages visited, traffic source, and aggregate conversion information. We do not use these tools to identify individual users.

You can opt out of:

• Google Analytics via Google's opt-out tool
• TikTok ads tracking via your TikTok account settings
• Pinterest ads tracking via your Pinterest account settings

Data Retention

Purchase and delivery data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your order. Scheduled card data is deleted automatically once your card has been delivered.
