1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Foresight Voices, a premium video eCard platform operated by Foresighted LLC. By purchasing or using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Foresight Voices allows customers to purchase and send personalized video eCards to recipients via email or SMS. Cards are delivered digitally — no physical product is shipped.

3. SMS Messaging Program

Program Name: Foresight Voices Card Delivery

Program Description: Foresight Voices offers SMS as one of two optional delivery methods at checkout (the other is email). SMS delivery is never required to use our service. When a customer selects SMS delivery, they enter the recipient's phone number themselves, confirming they have a personal relationship with the recipient and that the recipient has agreed to receive a one-time text message containing a link to view their personalized video card.

Message Content: The recipient receives a single transactional SMS containing the sender's name, an optional personal note, and a link to view the card. No marketing, promotional, or follow-up messages are ever sent.

Message Frequency: One (1) message per card purchase. There are no recurring or scheduled marketing messages.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges from your mobile provider apply to all messages received.

Opt-Out Instructions: Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out of receiving any further messages from Foresight Voices.

Help Instructions: Recipients may reply HELP for assistance, or contact our support team directly at hello@foresightvoices.com.

Privacy: Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS delivery are used solely to deliver the requested card. Phone numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes and are not used for any messaging beyond the requested card delivery. Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Cards are delivered digitally upon payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with delivery, please contact us at hello@foresightvoices.com and we will make it right.

5. Scheduled Delivery

Cards scheduled for future delivery will be sent automatically on the date selected at checkout. Foresighted LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party email or SMS carrier issues. Scheduled delivery times are approximate.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Foresight Voices to send content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate. Foresighted LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

7. Intellectual Property

All video content, images, and copy on Foresight Voices are the property of Foresighted LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Foresighted LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
